At our store, we place great importance on the quality and careful construction of each handmade product. However, we understand that there may be cases where a return or replacement is necessary.

 

1. Right of Return:

• You have the right to return a product within 14 days from the date of receipt.

• The product must be unused, unlit (in the case of candles) and in its original packaging.

  • For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns:

    • In candles that have been used or lit,

    • In wax melts whose packaging has been opened,

    • In room and car air fresheners whose packaging has been tampered with.

 

2. Defective or Wrong Products:

• In case you receive a damaged product or one that is different from your order, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt, sending relevant photos.

 

3. Exceptions

• Products on sale, as well as personalized/special orders, are not returned unless proven defective.
