The first burning of the candle, as well as each subsequent one, should last about 3-4 hours, until its entire surface becomes a 'lake'. This way, the next times it is lit, it will burn evenly and properly.
Make sure to trim the wick slightly with the candle scissors before each burning. If you don't trim it, a large flame will be created and your candle will burn faster.
Place the candle on a flat surface, away from drafts.
Stop burning 0.5 cm from the end of the container. If there is not enough wax left to absorb the heat, the container will overheat and may break.
Do not burn the candle for more than 4 hours continuously and without paying attention to it.
Keep burning candles away from children, pets and flammable objects.
